L-R Maria Elena Kennedy, Perris Outreach Coordinator, Ron Carr, Perris Assistant City Manager, Nadir Orozco, Enchanted Heights resident. Mr. Orozco is showing city representatives a swamp like area which is contaminated with filth, debris, unknown hazardous waste and has a disturbing odor that even rats can't live in. The picture on the left is posted on the city's website, but what they failed to show the public was 3 dead rats as shown on the picture on the right.

Welcome to Perris Alliance for Community Empowerment. We are a growing organization in the City of Perris. Our focus is to set a new direction for the City and all of it's people. If we are to continue to succeed and prosper as a community, our elected officials must represent the diversity, and be powerful voices for the needs, of working families in our city. If you want to be a part of this change, then we encourage you to join our organization and help us to make Perris a better place to live, work, and raise your family.
